How we work?

We operate in a hybrid model. On Fridays, we may finish work earlier when business conditions allow. Employees on permanent contracts can also take advantage of the global Work Your World programme, enabling remote work from almost anywhere in the world for up to six weeks a year.

With curiosity

We nurture curiosity through the Culture of Curiosity programme, offering regular cross‑agency meetings, Q&A sessions and access to our internal library. If you spot a trend with real potential, you can set up an X‑team — a cross‑disciplinary group focused on turning insight into value for our clients.

Responsibly

We care about social and environmental impact. We have launched an employee volunteering programme in which anyone can propose their own charitable initiative and use an extra day off to take part in it. We also focus on responsible business growth and created the CMCS (Carbon Media Cost per Sale) indicator to help reduce the carbon footprint of our clients’ campaigns. We are proud co‑creators of the industry initiative Ad Net Zero.

Is previous experience required for an assistant position?
Not always. In many recruitment processes, we look for people at the beginning of their careers, so we consider not only experience but also motivation, commitment, willingness to learn and fit with the team.
Which job opportunities should I look for at the start of my career?
If you are just starting your career and do not yet have industry experience, look out for Young Media Talents / Media Assistant and PR Internship opportunities. These roles are designed for people who want to gain their first professional experience, develop their skills and learn what working at an agency is like.
Is the Media Assistant position a typical internship?
Not exactly. Media Assistant is not an internship but a regular entry-level role. We are looking for people who want to stay with us for longer, gain new skills and develop their careers in the media industry. We offer onboarding, learning from experienced specialists, and opportunities for further development and promotion within the organization. For this reason, we require full-time availability, which enables full involvement in day-to-day projects.
Where can I find your current job opportunities?
We publish our job opportunities in many places, including job boards, LinkedIn and our social media channels. However, the most up-to-date and complete list of all current recruitment processes is always available on the Career page you are currently viewing. It is the best place to see all available opportunities in one place.
Is it possible to move to another agency or team within Publicis Groupe?
Yes. We support internal mobility and the development of people within our organization. Many of us develop our careers by changing roles, specializations or clients within the Groupe.
I do not meet all the requirements in the job description. Is it still worth applying?
Definitely. We are not looking for perfect CVs. If you meet most of the requirements and are interested in the role, we encourage you to apply. Motivation and a willingness to grow are important to us.
How often do you work with teams outside Poland?
It depends on the position and the client, but many of our teams work with clients from other countries on a daily basis, delivering projects together.
Is fully remote work possible?
No, this option is not available. We work in a hybrid model. The proportion of office and home working days depends on the team, but usually requires at least eight days per month in the office.
Are all benefits available from the first day of employment?
Most benefits are available from the first day of employment. Some require selecting an option and are activated only after the newly hired person completes the activation process.
Do you require a specific field of study?
Not always. In many recruitment processes, motivation, interest in the industry, willingness to learn and the skills needed for the role matter more than the field of study. Detailed requirements are always included in the job posting.
What does the recruitment process look like?
The process may vary depending on the position, but it usually includes a conversation with a member of the Talent Acquisition team and a meeting with the future manager or team representatives. For some roles, we may also ask you to complete a short recruitment task. We will explain the next stages and what they involve at the beginning of the process.
Can I apply for more than one position?
Yes. If several opportunities interest you, you can apply for more than one. However, we encourage you to choose the roles that best match your interests, experience and development plans.
Can I bring my dog to the office?
Yes, you can bring your pet to the office. Please remember to ensure your pet’s safety and your colleagues’ comfort.
